Conditions and helpful information
A. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Reservations during the high season will only be possible with a minimum of 7 nights (with arrival on Saturday and departure on Saturday).
Off-season bookings will only be possible with a minimum of 4 nights (with arrival and departure any day of the week).
1. Online booking
- From each accommodation’s tab you can check the availability and make your direct booking following the steps.
- The payment for the booking will be the 20% of the total amount.
- We will email you the necessary information so you can pay by bank transfer. You will have a period of 2 days to make the transfer. During this time, your accommodation will be temporarily locked and reserved for you. Once the payment has been made, your reservation will be confirmed. If we do not receive the payment or receipt within 2 days, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- As soon as we receive the payment for the booking, you will receive the confirmation that guarantees the reservation of your accommodation.
- The payment of the remaining amount will be made on the day of your arrival.
2. Direct booking
- Contact us directly via email at email@example.com.
- Let us know:
- Arrival and departure dates
- Number of people (adults and children)
- Requirements of the desired accommodation
- Your budget
- As soon as we receive the information, we will then offer you the different options and budgets.
B. BOOKING CANCELLATION
- From the day you make the booking until 90 days before the date of your arrival, the cancellation of your reservation will imply the loss of half the amount of the booking.
- If the cancellation is made less than 90 days from the date of your arrival, it will mean the loss of the total amount paid as reservation of the accommodation.
- Towels: Hand towels and shower towels are included in the price.
- Additional bedding: Only the first set of bedding is included in the price.
- Extra cleaning service:
- Immobiliària Cambrils Paradís guarantees a clean holiday home at your arrival. The pre-arrival cleaning service is included in the price. The day of departure should be handed over as clean as possible and do not leave rubbish. If you wish, we can arrange additional cleaning service during your stay: €50/flat and €80/villa.
- Pets: Always prior confirmation on our part. €50/pet.
- Early/late arrivals:
- The keys of your holiday home will be at your disposal in Immobiliària Cambrils Paradís’ office between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. of the first day booked. If your arrival is after 7 p.m., you can request a late arrival, always prior confirmation from Immobiliària Cambrils Paradís. Late arrival: €50.
- A deposit of €200 must be paid in cash at your arrival.
- This deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure, after checking the state of the accommodation. In the event of damages that cannot be determined at the time of departure, a period of refund shall be established within 15 days.
E. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
1. Check in
- The keys of your holiday home will be at your disposal in Immobiliària Cambrils Paradís’ office between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. of your first day booked.
2. Check out
- The time set for the check out is from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the last day of your reservation.
